Welcome to ”General Anxiety Disorder”.

A quick background about myself:

I suffered with anxiety for over five years and had been on the merry go round of anxiety medications & psychologists which got me nowhere.

Thankfully I solved all of my anxiety & depression issues with three things which I want to share with you:

  • Exercise
  • Nutrition
  • CBT – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Honestly this is all you need and it will cost you nothing to help yourself, don’t be fooled into thinking that your stuck with life being like this.

After years of living with stress, anxiety and depression my life is now back to normal.

Doctors and hospitals are too quick to give you meds and while in some cases they work they are a only a short term fix and make them a lot of money.

 

Breaking down the three points very quickly:

Exercise:

This is critical as your adrenaline stores are peaked out and at a tipping point, you must burn off your excess as to not fuel your anxiety and start releasing good endorphins.

Nutrition:

Bad foods & drinks over stimulate your body and over time leave you with excess sugars and stimulants ready to feed anxiety & depression. Your over production of cortisol (stress hormone) then drags your down.

CBT – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy:

Breaking away from traditional psychology this type of therapy provides you with the coping skills required to deal with day to day life.
